Since their production capacity is limited in the oilsands (honestly people, as an aside, the istant Canadians fully grasp the size of the oil sands and how it’s literally permanently destroying the environment they won’t be happy,) capabilities to ship their product. I’m sure they’ll be content on not trying to induce world market prices and rather ship directly to the the only customer they need down south of the border, and I do’nt mean Mexico…
